Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto in 2013 and a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Athletic Therapy) with High Honours from Sheridan College in 2018.
Sabrina loves to help people realize their potential for fitness and how much better they could be moving with a little help! With hands-on therapy and creativity with fitness training, Sabrina will help you with:
Rotator cuff and shoulder strains
Knee pain and stiffness and swelling
Ankle rehabilitation and sports performance
Fitness training for weight loss
Fitness training after surgery
Sabrina’s clinical and field experience with Ryerson University, Club Physio Plus, Elliott Sports Medicine Clinic, Sheridan College, the Junior A. Canadiens hockey team, and Canada Basketball has widened therapeutic knowledge and practical skills. Manual therapy and advanced joint mobilizations have been an asset in helping people with their mobility.
Sabrina had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages in sports such as soccer, basketball, hockey, volleyball and swimming. Sabrina also currently works with the Toronto FC Juniors soccer program and the Richmond Hill Coyotes Midget hockey team. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, swimming, reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
