Stephanie graduated in 2015 from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) and in 2019 from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) with Honors.
Stephanie loves to help people move freely and easily through their day. Whether it’s low back or knee pain, Stephanie gets results with her skills honed from Athletic Therapy and working with athletes undergoing high intensity training. As an Athletic Therapist, her skills include ART (soft tissue release), Advanced joint mobilizations, exercise prescription and massage. Stephanie has worked at the Toronto Athletic Club, Rosedale Wellness Center, Cleveland Clinic, George Brown College, Sheridan College, St. Michael’s College School and with professional athletes at the Toronto Argonauts Football Club. She has experience with sports such as football, volleyball, soccer, rugby, hockey, basketball, and lacrosse. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys playing tennis, golf, soccer, snowboarding, cycling, and hiking as well as spending time with family and friends.
